Return Conditions
- The product must be in an "as new," unused, and unwashed condition.
- It should be returned with its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within a 30-day period from the receipt date - time of purchase.
Exclusions
Some items marked as "discounted" or "Clearance" may not be eligible for a refund. However, we do permit exchanges for available sizes. Please be aware that stock availability for exchanges may vary.
Responsibility of Goods
Until the returned items reach our collection depot, they remain the responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise you to pack the goods carefully to ensure their safe return and prevent any damage.
We strongly recommend retaining proof of postage documentation, as the responsibility for return deliveries rests with the customer. Lost parcels during the return process are not the responsibility of Victor Vitae. Please also retain your purchase receipt as proof of your transaction.
Gift Boxes
If your purchase included a "Gift Box," it must also be returned in good condition along with the product.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive your return, which depends on the carrier selected by you. Once we have successfully received the goods, we will inspect and continue processing your refund or exchange, typically within 1-2 days.
International Orders
For international orders, all shipping, postage, and handling costs associated with returned goods are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Victor Vitae.

Faulty Items

Exchange of Products

Return Shipping Costs
All shipping costs associated with returning a product are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Victor Vitae will process a refund for the amount you paid at the time of purchase, excluding shipping costs.
Return processing may take up to 14 days depending on when the product is received. Please allow for up to 15 days for a successful return to be processed, and for the funds to appear in your bank account for typical credit card transactions.
