Domestic Shipping in Australia
At Victor Vitae, we offer shipping services both domestically within Australia and worldwide. Please note that shipping times can vary, and we have provided the following estimates to help you plan your order:
Standard Shipping (Domestic - Australia):
- Orders under $40 will incur a $10 Shipping Fee.
- Orders over $40 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Please allow 3-5 Business Days for delivery in metro areas.

There may be delays in processing and shipping your goods during the holiday season due to increased demand and carrier constraints; To minimise disruptions please consider placing orders well in advance. We appreciate your understanding.
International Shipping
International rates are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on which Zone you live in:
International Delivery zones / estimated time frame
Zone 1 - New Zealand (4-11 working days)
Zone 2 - Asia Pacific (5-28 working days)
Zone 3 - North America (10-24 working days)*
Zone 4 - Western Europe (5-19 working days)
Zone 5 - Rest of the world (12-30 working days)

Effective 29th August, 2025
Due to recent changes in U.S. and Canadian import regulations, new duty and tax requirements have been introduced for goods shipped from Australia. These updated import costs significantly impact international delivery fees.
Effective immediately, our international shipping rate for all orders to North America (United States & Canada) has been updated to $60 AUD.
This adjustment ensures we can continue to provide reliable, trackable international delivery while complying with the new import duty guidelines. All other regions remain unchanged.

Due to the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions, overseas transit times may be delayed.

Proof of Delivery (POD)
All deliveries must include a Proof of Delivery (POD) signature, which is signed by the courier upon delivery. In the event that a POD signature is not obtained, the product will be returned to the local depot of the postage service provider. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for the retrieval of any missed purchases. Victor Vitae will not be held responsible for any costs associated with re-deliveries.
Leaving Items at the Property
We do offer the option for specific instructions to leave items at the customer's property, but this is done at the customer's risk. Victor Vitae accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or issues related to goods that have been authorized to be left at a property without a POD signature.
